Write both connector ends
A useful cable order describes the connector at each end, the required length and the intended task. USB C cables can be used in different combinations, so a photograph of one end is not enough. State whether the cable is for charging, data transfer or another supported function. The charger, cable and device all affect compatibility; connector shape alone does not establish the supported power or speed.
Separate shared and personal use
For offices or event packs, count the actual device connections rather than assuming every person uses the same cable. Multi-connector cables may operate differently from dedicated cables, so confirm the supported arrangement. If branding is required, specify the product reference and available artwork. Ask for the quoted packaging and included accessories to be listed so the delivered kit matches the intended handover.
Prepare the enquiry
For charging cables and USB accessories, send the selected product reference, quantity and delivery area together. Add photographs, dimensions or a configuration list where they explain the requirement. Separate essential features from preferences so alternatives can be assessed properly. Review the final quotation against that brief, including VAT treatment, included components, additional work and the proposed delivery arrangement.
